Name: Alison Bond
Alison Bond is an experienced market researcher who has worked successfully with many top organisations, encouraging them to completely rethink the way they interact with customers. Alison is a director of ABA Research Ltd the company she started eleven years ago, and of The Halo Works.
The Halo Works is a new business specialising in a brand new technique, which allows companies and organisations to transform themselves to become both more successful and secure. This is done by providing a tool which allows organisations to measure the benefits and outcomes they aim to deliver rather than just what they do, their transactions. The use of the online tool dramatically reduces the cost of measurement whilst vastly improving the reliability of the results. A renowned author, she has written a number of books on direct marketing and customer interaction with three books to her name and has recently been appointed Visiting Fellow and Assistant Course Director for the Masters Course at CSEM - Centre for Sustainable Management. Most recently Alison has taken up the part time position of Visiting Fellow at CSEM, a partnership with Middlesex University.
